Am i eligible to participate in this Tournament ?
Yes as long as you are 21 of age and above, and have created an account.
How many accounts can I create to participate in this Tournament ?
Each person can only create 1 account.
What happens if I cant particapate the full 7 days Tournament ?
Yes you can however you will miss the other Winning Prize Pool on the rest of the Tournaments that you did not participate
Can I only participate on the Final Tournament ?
Yes you can however you will miss the other Winning Prize Pool on the rest of the Tournaments that you did not participate
Can I provide a 3rd party local bank account to claim the Winning Prize ?
Unfortunately all participants are advised to use their own bank details registered with the account owners name to claim the Winning Prize. In the event a participant fail to provide a local bank, the Winning Prize will be forfeited.
How do I participate in this Tournament ?
Simply create an account through the Organizer's official partners/ affiliates > Login to the Tournament Page > Download the Tournament App and Retrieve the Predefined Tournament ID and Password > On the Tournament day, Login to the App with the Tournament ID and Password.
What are the supported Operating System for the App ?
The app is made available on Android and iOS however you may also participate in this Tournament via a Web Browser
What if my mobile device is not compatible with the App ?
You may participate via the Web Browser version.
What should I do if I am facing login issues ?
Firstly, make sure that you login to the app using the Predefined Tournament ID and Password. In order to retrieve this Tournament ID and Password, you will need to access the Tournament Page with the Username and Passsword that you have created with the Organizer's official partners/ affiliates. What should I do if I am facing game issues i.e. lagging or the game freeze
We would advise you to try logging out of the app if you can and relogin again. Should that fail, please "kill the app" or "force close the app' and relaunch the app again. If you are still facing difficulties, please contact the Customer Care via LiveChat made available 24/7.
What should I do, if I am being short paid or there are discrepancies on the payout during the Tournament ?
We would advise you to contact the Customer Care via LiveChat and provide them the necessary info i.e Your Username, Date and Time when did it occur, Game Type and Game Room Details, Brief description on the Incident and a screenshot if possible.
How do I claim the Winning Prize after the Tournament has ended ?
